You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime at ladyboss.com/customer-center or you can email support at help@bootyrise.com. LadyBoss will ship your products directly to the address you provide. All Subscribe & Save cancellations must be submitted 3 business days prior to the next shipment to guarantee cancellation of that shipment.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any LadyBoss products purchased directly from LadyBoss via our website, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange by contacting customer service at help@bootyrise.com. Refunds and exchanges will be made to the credit card with which the product was purchased.
Before any product is returned to LadyBoss, the customer must contact customer support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. Any package received without this information on the outside of the box may be refused and may result in a refund not issuing. You will need the following to make your refund request:

Your refund includes only the cost of the product. It does not include the costs of shipping and handling.
We do still honour the Pocket Personal Trainer Lifetime Membership purchases that were made before 2022. Please email help@bootyrise.com with the email address used for the purchase so we can confirm the purchase and provide a link to access that.
